Seminars. Presented at least fifteen (15) seminars, carrying nearly 40
continuing education credits on various law office technology issues for
the Vermont Bar Association, the National Business Institute and Dog River

Articles/Textbooks. Published more than ten (10) articles in the
Vermont Bar Journal and/or Vermont Bar News and written the textbooks that
were distributed at several different seminars; all on law office
technology and/or practice management issues.

transactions, including AT&T Commercial Finance Corporation's Asset

Latin American company's loan during a currency freeze. Advised several
local non-profit organizations, successfully represented Sudanese refugees
seeking political asylum and prepared a diversity of legal documents.

the newly enacted trade law.

production at pilot plan. Served as technical coordinator, responsible for
coordinating the transfer of technology from the R&D center to the
manufacturing plant during the start-up of new product lines. Served as
project manager, responsible for establishing budgets, determining
timetables and directing start-up of new product lines.

(Engineering
Trainee, Summer 1983) Oriented to Philips' world-wide organizational
structure, corporate philosophy and product lines. Assisted the marketing
division, as a native English speaker, with the tone and vernacular of
various of their promotional campaigns. Worked in their plastics
laboratory conducting a study of various plastics to determine potential
new product applications.
PUBLIC SERVICE WORK:
Georgetown Students in Peru, Chimbote, Peru
(Volunteer, 1987-88)
Lived and worked in rural village. Co-founded youth theater and folk music
group and toured with them, giving performance throughout the Santa River
Valley. Assisted community self-help organizations in preventative health
care, potable water, library and education projects. Taught English in
local school.
